Supported housing is a large but fragmented part of the UK residential market. Providers require fit-for-purpose accommodation across a range of specialist needs, while the underlying property stock remains dispersed across local landlords, developers and smaller owners.
Northford Living provides long-term real estate capital and ownership to this market.
The platform focuses primarily on the North West, with selective investment across the wider North of England. We target residential buildings, small blocks, HMOs, adapted housing, mixed-use assets and selected commercial properties capable of conversion to specialist residential use.
Our focus is on assets with clear local demand, appropriate specification and the potential to support durable residential income. Investments are considered on the strength of both the underlying real estate and the operating structure supporting it.
