Northford is owned by its principals and two European family offices.

Northford Living is the Group’s specialist residential platform, focused on supported living, assisted housing and provider-led accommodation across the North of England.
The platform focuses on acquiring and developing whole buildings for long-term occupation by housing providers and specialist operators.
Our approach combines local market knowledge, careful assessment of accommodation requirements and counterparty strength, with disciplined property ownership and long-term asset management.
