Who we are

Northford Group Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. Questions about it can be sent to hello@northfordgroup.com.

What we collect, and why

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the organisation you name, the kind of organisation you are, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, where you have asked us to, to continue the conversation. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

The website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and it does not track you across other websites.

Who handles it on our behalf

The website is hosted by Vercel, and messages from the contact form are delivered to us by Resend, an email service. Both act on our instructions and hold the information only as far as is needed to run the service. Your message reaches us as an email in our own inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in a conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us, unless the law requires us to keep a record for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@northfordgroup.com and we will reply within a month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with the date it was last reviewed.
